OH, the Basement....
We don't really have a theme for the basement, but we do have plans to finish it.

| There is a shower in the basement, but the walls and pipes are in poor condition. |

| The laundry area needs to be repainted as well. We plan on building a slightly raised floor to level out the basement area. |

| The basement walls will be white. The ceiling is currently open beams covered in this cloth material; we plan on removing the cloth and putting in a drop-ceiling. |

| The basement steps' handrails need to be redone, and the carpeting will be removed. The steps will be finished. |
